Our services

Nexorlyn provides an online store for data bundles, airtime and selected digital products.

Orders

You must provide the correct phone number and order information. Nexorlyn is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect details submitted by you.

Payments and delivery

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Digital products are usually delivered quickly, although network issues, provider delays or maintenance may sometimes delay delivery.

Nexorlyn Refund Policy

Most products sold through Nexorlyn are digital. Refunds are therefore handled under the following rules.

• A refund may be approved when payment is confirmed but the product is not delivered because of a verified fault on our side.
• A refund is not available when the wrong phone number or wrong order information was submitted.
• Data, airtime and other digital products cannot be refunded after successful delivery.
• Duplicate orders are not refundable.
• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Delayed orders

Provider and network delays may occur. When an order shows completed but has not been received, allow reasonable processing time before contacting support.
